Bistro Yori llc was formed in 2014 to provide consulting services to food, restaurant and hospitality businesses and to organizations requiring the services of such businesses. Bistro Yori is mainly focusing on Korean - Asian Flavor, developing Recipe and expend business Korean to USA. 

 

Hansong Kim holds a Master degree at Johnson & Wales University Providence and RI and received CEC (Certified Executive Chef)and ACE(Approved Certified Evaluator) from American Culinary Federation, and has an extensive experience in working at major hotels as well as private dining. Before he came to the United States, he had won a number of culinary competitions from Korea and appeared a couple of TV programs as a chef.

 

He also has written several cookbooks, and one of his books received 'Best Celebrity Chef Book from Korea in 2012' from Paris Cook Book Competition.
