What we do

Bistro Yori is extensive experience leading a collaborative process with owners, management teams, architects, institutions, property holders, developers and more.

We work to conceptualize (or re-conceptualize), program and implement individual and collections of food service and retail outlets in numerous sectors of the food business including independent and restaurants, cafes.

 

How we work

We keep our core team small and efficient.  We have a select group of talented and respected outside consultants that we bring on board as our clients and projects require, including Financial Analysts, Marketing & Public Relations Specialists, Restaurant & Hospitality Design Consultants, Branding Firms, Architecture Firms and more.

For each prospective client, we develop a written proposal (informal or comprehensive as required) with an agreed upon scope, timeline and fee schedule.  We are strictly time-based, like a lawyer, which we find more cost efficient, objective and appropriate.
